Episode 99: He Walked from Venezuela to Save His Family — What’s YOUR Excuse? – Fixed Ops Focus with Dave Rogers and Steve Shaw
We can do so much in this life if we are willing to put in the time, the work, and the effort. On this episode of Fixed Ops Focus, Steve Shaw and Dave Rogers talk about overcoming adversity — the people who came from poverty and made it to the big time, the people who have done amazing things with their lives, and yes, the lazy people who never will.
From the man who walked from Venezuela to the United States just to save his family, to the man who made a right turn instead of a left turn and became a general manager, Steve and Dave share the stories of people who refused to quit. And the bottom line: we are all lucky to be in the automotive industry, in this space, providing for our families. The opportunity is here. The only question is whether you will do the work.
